Cancellation Policy

1. Package & Guests The Client has selected one of the following packages: Premium Picnic (3-6 guests) - $149 Deluxe Picnic (7–10 guests) – Maximum 12 guests - $179 The Client has selected one of the four picnic themes: Boho Neutral Romantic Blush Coastal Blue Garden Green 2. Duration & Timing All picnics are for a 2-hour time slot unless agreed otherwise. Please note: Picnics By Two requires 45 minutes for setup and 45 minutes for pack-down, which is not included within the 2-hour picnic timeslot. Bond fee is non refundable for guests that arrive more than 30 mins after booking time. $50 for an additional hour add on. 3. Payment Required to secure the booking (depending on package selection) Bond fee: $50 (refunded post event) Due 5 days before the event Payment Method: Debit/Credit Card 4. Cancellation & Wet Weather Policy Wet Weather: The Client may request a relocation or reschedule up to 48 hours before the event due to weather. One free reschedule is allowed due to weather. Rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original booking. Any additional changes after the free reschedule will result in the loss of the payment. Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable. 5. Responsibilities & Damage Picnics By Two will provide all styling, setup, and pack-down. The Client is responsible for guest safety and conduct during the event. The Client agrees to pay for any damage or breakage of items provided by Picnics By Two. 6. Liability Picnics By Two is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to the Client or guests during the event. CATERING: Where catering is arranged or supplied for your picnic, all food is consumed at the client’s own risk. While we take care in the setup and presentation of catering items, we are not responsible for any food-related illnesses, allergic reactions, or dietary issues. Clients are responsible for advising us of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to the event. We are not liable for hazards associated with food consumption, including choking risks, contamination from external suppliers, or food that has been brought to the event by the client or third-party vendors. All items provided by Picnics By Two remain the property of the business. 7. Agreement By reading below, the Client confirms: They have read and understood the terms above. They agree to pay the final balance as outlined. They agree to be responsible for any damages or breakages during the event.
