Cancellation Policy

# Birthday Party Setup Policy ## 1. Booking & Payment * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. * Full payment must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event. * Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. ## 2. Pricing & Time Allocation * Our standard birthday setup package is **$199 for up to 3 hours of service**. * The 2-hour period does not include delivery, setup, styling, and light staging. * Additional time beyond 2 hours will be charged at **$50 per hour**. * Any major design changes requested on the day may incur additional fees. * Travel fees may apply depending on the venue location. ## 3. Setup Time & Access * The client is responsible for arranging venue or hotel room access. * Delays in access may reduce setup time without refund. ## 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations made 7 days prior may transfer the deposit to a new date (subject to availability). * Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. * Date changes must be requested in writing. ## 5. Decorations & Rental Items * Rental items (backdrops, stands, signage, LED numbers, props, etc.) remain our property. * Damaged or missing rental items will be charged to the client. * Disposable décor (balloons, table décor, party favors) may be kept unless otherwise stated. ## 6. Personalization * All personalized items (names, ages, custom themes) must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event. * Last-minute design changes may incur additional fees. ## 7. Safety & Venue Compliance * Clients must ensure decorations are permitted by the venue. * We use safe, venue-friendly materials; however, we are not responsible for venue restrictions. * We are not liable for allergic reactions to materials such as latex balloons or florals. ## 8. Liability * Once setup is complete, responsibility for décor and the space transfers to the client. * We are not responsible for damage caused by guests after setup is finished. ## 9. Photography * We may photograph setups for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
